The large 40' x 60' covered party Pavilion in Warren Park is by RESERVATION ONLY.
It may be reserved for private events, such as birthday parties, picnics, and family reunions. It includes 8 picnic tables, each seating 6 adults or 8 children. Toddler playground is visible from the pavilion.
Amenities included:

o Restrooms
Pavilion Reservation Fee:
$50 per hr, 2-hr min up to 150 people
$65 per hr, 2-hr min over 150 people
$80 refundable deposit
If water use is needed, a spigot key may be reserved (water hose not included). The Spigot key fee is $50, with $35 being fully refundable and $15 being retained for water usage. The refund will be sent via a mailed check upon the return of the spigot key. Restrooms and water fountains are available for use without the water key.

Cancellations:
The entire fee may be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to request a refund 72 hours prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the park fees. If the park facilities are closed due to severe weather, a reservation can be changed to the next available date or fully refunded.

The water spigot key can be picked up and dropped off at 103 N. Hewitt Drive during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM).
Water Spigots cannot be provided after business hours.
